Security of ROI's go hand in hand with building design. For over 6 years our developments have achieved a user retention rate of 86%. With students on average residing at the development for over 2.6 years the likability of our projects is clearly demonstrated. The retention rate is a primary KPI that we ensure to achieve.
Our in-house student accommodation design team becomes an integral part of our selected award winning architects team ensuring we deliver a development that not only caters for the requirements of the current market moreover becomes a landmark itself. Design ensures the development increases value over and above HPI. We look at Design as an integral part of all developments undertaken globally.
Development
Since 2008, we have created over 2,000 student units in prime locations at key university sites nationwide. Along with our careful choice of locations, the cornerstones of our success have been a combination of creativity and functionality which is backed by a dedicated and comprehensive service, from project planning and finance, through site preparation and construction, to long term property management

We select partners on the basis of mutual ethical values along with proved track records mitigating loss of returns both initially along with long term future.
